Refund Policy
Important
We do not offer refunds for the following items:
- Sale and custom items
- Lifestyle products, including books, perfumes, and stickers
- Any headwear items, such as Hijabs, Caps, and Khimars
Please note that this policy applies to all purchases, including those made during sale events. However, if you receive a faulty item, we will gladly process a refund for you. Sale event purchases are eligible for store credit only.
HOW RETURNS WORK
Elnuur accepts all returns and exchanges of unused and undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of the purchase.
Before a return for a refund or exchange, please contact us and provide us with your order number, order date and reason for return. We will provide you with a unique code to print and include with your return for easy processing of your refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Occasionally it may take some time before your refund lands in your account as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your replacement item will be posted to you within 5 business days.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Unless the item being returned is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
