CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Absolutely! We're here to assist you. Simply reach out to our amazing Curiask Customer Service Team with your Order ID and request a Change or a Cancellation via our contact us page.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
To initiate a return request, you have a few options:
a. If you received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us with a description of the issue. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly respond and guide you through the process.
b. If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us with your preferred size or color. Once we receive the return, we'll process the exchange. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply, and we'll inform you accordingly.
c. If you changed your mind and wish to return an item, we offer store credit for the full amount (excluding shipping, if applicable). Store credits are valid for 24 months and make excellent gifts!
Returned products must be in brand-new condition.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RETURN AN ORDER?
We will process your return as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and checked into our system. If you requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 5 days after receiving the return for us to process it. Rest assured, you'll receive an immediate refund confirmation email when the refund is processed. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and your bank's processing time.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Certainly! You can change the shipping address if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Simply log into your account and make the change. You can also send us a message via the contact us page and we can make the update for you.
However, please note that if your order already has a tracking number, we won't be able to make any changes to the shipping address.
